Running a city, county, or school-district fleet?
Government fleets are excepted from 49 CFR Parts 390–399 under 49 CFR 390.3(f)(2), so federal driver-qualification files under Part 391 are not a public-entity mandate, whatever a compliance vendor tells you. What a public CDL employer does owe is Part 382 drug-and-alcohol testing with Clearinghouse queries, and Part 383 license standards. Arizona school districts additionally keep a state driver certification file under A.A.C. R13-13-102: DPS certification, a 24-month physical, training reports, a two-year MVR point review, and an Identity Verified Fingerprint Clearance Card.
We do not currently sell a tracking file for those Arizona items. If that is what you need, say so and we will tell you honestly where we are on it.
