Priced by the door and billed monthly. A door is a tenant on file, so an empty unit costs nothing and a tenant who moves out stops counting.
- 50 cents a month for each apartment or house with a tenant.
- $1 a month for each commercial tenant.
- $25 a month minimum once you have a door. A month with no doors costs nothing.
- 30 days free to start, and you do not need a card.
Each month's bill counts the tenants on file the night before it.
