Stay compliant. Avoid violations.

Automated vendor insurance compliance for motor carriers, brokers, and shippers. Every vendor uploads through its own link, every certificate is scored against your rules, and every policy is re-checked nightly so a lapse surfaces before it costs you.

No credit card. Cancel any time during the trial.

What Bindly Compliance does

One system for the regulatory and vendor risk your operation actually faces.

Nightly re-verification

Every active policy is re-evaluated on a nightly sweep. A certificate that was fine last month shows as expired the day it lapses, without anyone remembering to look.

COI verification

Vendors upload Certificates of Insurance through a branded portal. We parse them, score them against your requirements, and chase renewals automatically.

Filing deadline calculators

Free tools that work out your MCS-150 biennial due date from your USDOT number, your IFTA quarterly return, and your Form 2290 heavy vehicle use tax.

MCS-90 done properly

For motor carrier vendors we check MCS-90 minimum financial responsibility against your ruleset, and we refuse to count a filing posted to SAFER as the endorsement your contract asked for.

Audit-ready exports

Generate a per-vendor compliance packet for an FMCSA audit, an insurance carrier review, or a shipper RFP, in a single click.

Built for teams

Role-based access, a full audit trail, and automatic email to the vendor when a policy fails, so nothing falls through the cracks when staff turns over.

How it works

Set it up in an afternoon. Stay compliant for years.

  1. 1

    Load your vendors

Add carriers, brokers, or owner-ops to your roster. Each one gets a profile, a ruleset, and its own upload link to send out.

  2. 2

    Set your requirements

Define minimum coverage limits, required endorsements, wording, admitted status, and the AM Best floor you accept. Every certificate is scored against them.

  3. 3

    Find out before it hurts

The nightly sweep re-checks every active policy against your expiration window, and a vendor whose coverage fails is emailed automatically with what to fix.

About Bindly

Compliance software, built by people who write the insurance.

Bindly Compliance comes from the same team that runs Bindly Insurance — an independent agency focused on commercial trucking. We built this software because we needed it ourselves to keep our carriers and their vendors clean.

Same account works across Bindly Compliance, Bindly Insurance, and Bindly Health. One login, one portal, one team that knows your operation.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers from the team that writes the insurance and the software.

What does Bindly Compliance actually do?
Bindly Compliance is a SaaS platform that handles three jobs for motor carriers, brokers, and property managers: (1) verifying Certificates of Insurance from your vendors, (2) monitoring DOT/FMCSA status on every carrier you care about, and (3) free calculators for the federal filing deadlines (MCS-150 biennial update, IFTA quarterly return, Form 2290 heavy vehicle use tax). The calculators answer on demand; nothing is scheduled or filed on your behalf.
Is Bindly Compliance the same company as Bindly Insurance?
Yes — Bindly Compliance is a sister brand to Bindly Insurance (commercial P&C) and Bindly Health (individual ACA + group health). Customers who buy across products use the same login at app.bindlyhq.com.
Do I need to be a carrier to use Bindly Compliance?
No. Carriers use it to track their own filings; brokers use it to vet subhaulers; property managers use it to verify tenant renters insurance; shippers use it to enforce minimum insurance requirements on their freight providers.
How does the free trial work?
Start a 30-day free trial from any pricing page. No credit card required up front. You can cancel any time during the trial; if you continue past day 30 the subscription bills monthly until you cancel.
How does Bindly verify a COI?
Vendors upload PDFs through a branded portal. Bindly's OCR pipeline extracts the ACORD form fields (policy numbers, carriers, limits, effective dates, named insured, certificate holder, additional insureds, waiver-of-subrogation, primary-and-non-contributory) and scores the certificate against the requirements you configured. Deficiencies generate automated chase emails until resolved.
